Douglas Milstein Founder & Managing Director

Douglas Milstein is the co-founder and former Chief Business Officer of UTP High Schools, where he spent more than a decade building and managing international student programs serving approximately 1,000 students annually across nine schools nationwide.

Following UTP’s acquisition, Doug continued working across education, finance and operations, advising organizations on strategic initiatives and complex projects.

Through Hourglass Advisory Group, he brings that experience to organizations that need senior-level expertise and hands-on execution without necessarily adding permanent internal resources.
